Server

VMan/PS - Communication Server for distributing programs and data to remote places. VMan/SS - Server for replicating packages(version image) between servers in multi-server environment(cluster functionality)

Management S/W

VMan/SE - Version management software for administrators to register and manage new S/W version.

Client

VMan/Wizard - User-side wizard that registers new packages for version management. VMan/C - User-side communication client that installs newly deployed software and collectively manages updated portion of the package

TVMan - Easy interface component for interaction with user applications. Supporting selective version management by required modules.

 

Feature

VMan distributes packages (software/data) to a number of remote places in most prompt manner. VMan minimizes communication traffic by sending only updated portion of the package over previous version. VMan also supports 'resume' feature of file transfer to prevent bandwidth loss. The centralized management of a number of packages is possible through VMan. The user-side S/W is switched between automatic and manual mode, so that version management can be carried out in a very flexible way.
